2. Order Processing Time

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: All orders received before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Standard Processing Window: Most standard items require 1 to 2 business days for packing and dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Heavy Equipment: Large commercial items requiring specialized pallet handling may take up to 3 business days to prepare for dispatch.
  • Weekends and Holidays: We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays in New South Wales.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses across mainland Australia and Tasmania.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We strictly cannot deliver to PO Boxes, private mailboxes, or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Our couriers handle heavy, oversized commercial freight that requires physical signatures upon delivery.
  • International Shipping: Nisbets Australia currently only delivers within Australia. We do not offer international shipping through our website.

4. Delivery Costs and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total package weight, volume, and destination postcode.

  • Standard Delivery: Rates vary by region and are displayed dynamically before you complete your payment.
  • Oversized and Heavy Freight: Large items (such as commercial refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers) require tail-lift delivery vehicles. Additional specialized handling fees will apply and are calculated during checkout.
  • Remote Areas: Shipments destined for regional or remote zones may incur a remote area surcharge.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our warehouse located at 15 Badgally Road, Campbelltown, NSW 2560, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Metro Sydney and NSW Regional Hubs: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra Metro: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Adelaide Metro: 4 to 6 business days.
  • Perth, Hobart, and Darwin Metro: 6 to 9 business days.
  • Remote and Rural Areas: Up to 12 business days.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our freight partners and are not strictly guaranteed.


6. Shipment Tracking

Once your commercial order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent from mossyth@nisbetsaustralia.com. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can monitor the real-time progress of your delivery online.


7. Delivery Terms and Attended Drop-Off

  • Signature Required: All our commercial deliveries require a physical signature upon arrival. We default to a “Do Not Leave” policy to ensure goods are not stolen or damaged.
  • Business Hours Delivery: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is present at your designated delivery address to receive the goods.
  • Redelivery Fees: If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to sign, the goods will be returned to the courier depot. A redelivery fee will be charged to the customer before a second delivery attempt is scheduled.

8. Heavy Freight and Tail-Lift Requirements

For heavy equipment orders weighing over 40kg:

  • Tail-Lift Service: If your delivery location does not have a commercial loading dock or a forklift, you must select the Tail-Lift Service at checkout.
  • Curbside Delivery: Standard heavy freight delivery is curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for moving heavy machinery inside your building, unpacking items, or removing packaging materials.

9. Shipping Damage and Insurance

We pack all products securely to prevent transit damage. However, you must inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting Window: If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please note it on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. You must report all shipping damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery.
